MANAGEMENT

The object of the subject is to define work process, planning, organizing, leadership and control, provide the survey of the adaptation of managerial functions in the international business environment and to evaluate the activity of the international managers in the several forms of multinational companies with regards to the political, economical and cultural environment and explain key principles and qualitative standards, the concept of total quality management principles and their application in regards to ensuring product quality and safety with respect on agri-food industry.
