This course is designed to familiarize participants with additional concepts and tools used by today's business managers in making effective decisions at the firm level. Participants will also acquire techniques that will enhance their work with standard software aplicable in decision making. Course objectives are to teach students how to model business problems using a variety of quantitative modeling methods and to equip the student with analytical and computer modeling skills via Excel applied to business decision-making problems.
