EXCEL FOR ECONOMISTS

Excel belongs to a group of programs called spreadsheets. Spreadsheet processors are complex programs for solving general calculations. They offer a wide range of functions (mathematical, statistical, financial...), but an important part is the graphic presentation of data, complex analyses, and analyses. Spreadsheet processors are used by a wide range of users not only from the point of view of professionals but also at a professional level. Some users are satisfied with the essential functions, others set higher demands and try to improve the advanced functions of the program - macros, and programming using the VBA language.
